Port Charlotte is 20 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport [Allegiant flies there from Pease AFB in Portsmouth, NH]; 50 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 1 hour from Sarasota Airport.


Conway Blvd is directly off major routes 41 and I-75, close to shopping and medical facilities, yet beach, pool, boat landing are a short ride or stroll through a side-walked neighborhood.

Grindstone, Maine

Our camp in Grindstone, Maine is directly on the East Branch of the Penobscot River known for great canoeing and kayaking… easy highway driving to the front door and this is in the backyard!

Medway Beach, Baxter State Park and Mt Katahdin are a short drive from the camp.  Hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, biking = Lots of Things to Do



The camp is on one level and has been designed to be handicap “friendly" and doorways can accommodate a wheelchair.  Still lots of good drinking water and hot water for showers!  We have a good radio and one special antenna will bring in most cell phone reception - but no TV. Though you are apt to see an eagle or two!
